Interior designer graduated from Ecole Boulle, Isabelle is specialised in the hotel industry. First Project Manager at Club Med, she became Project Director at Accor for over 15 years. In 2014, Isabelle became Director of Air & D consulting firm specialised in the design of hotel concepts, with the objective of constantly creating new universes that are relevant to customers and users.
Graduated from Science Po Paris, Jana has more than 15 years’ experience in marketing, communication acquired at L’Oréal and Accor.
Since 2018 she is an independent consultant in communication and marketing strategies for international hotel brands.
Specialised in the study of the evolution of individuals, brands and organisations, Alessandra has been working for over 20 years as a qualitative researcher. She conducts studies on the changing patterns of consumers behaviours all over the world and her interventions often focus on strategic brand issues and on brand portfolio development.
Graduate from Sorbonne/CELSA in Marketing and Communication Policies, Alexandre has been working as a Strategic Planner for more than 15 years, at DDB Paris and Landor Paris and now as an independent consultant for projects in a wide range of fields, for both companies and public institutions.

Valérie is an expert in social media and digital marketing. She has over 30 years of experience in marketing and she is specialised in social selling, employee advocacy and content strategy in BtoB environment. Expert in the experience field, Thibault is the founder of the Celebrating Life collective of creators and operators of inspiring leisure concepts. For 20 years he has been leading the transformation of the experience economy: hospitality, visitor attractions, location-based entertainment in over 10 countries.
