Setting a museum in a cave, why not; but not any cave. A rounded design cave in a square building.
The opposition between inside and outside is just extraordinary and the sensation of coming into a soft cave, almost a womb surely creates a disturbing, yet comforting feeling. But will it be the best place to present art, this is another question.
Placer un musée dans une grotte, pourquoi pas, mais pas dans n’importe quelle grotte. Une grotte ronde, très contemporaine, comme creusée dans un bâtiment carré.
L’opposition entre l’intérieur et l’extérieur est tout simplement incroyable et la sensation d’entrer dans une grotte douce, presque une matrice, crée certainement un sentiment dérangeant, et réconfortant.
Mais est-ce le meilleur endroit pour présenter de l’art, c’est une autre question !
