Comme un jeu géant de cubes d’enfant, avec la couleur et les formes. Et pourtant, c’est très sérieux. Ce sont des appartements HLM qui doivent répondre à des critères de coûts en fabrication si durs que les habitants ont rarement droit à un bel environnement, à des couleurs et à des balcons. Et pourtant, faire beau ne coûte souvent pas plus cher. Bravo.
Even if it looks like a child game, with the forms and the colors, it is a very serious business. These are low-income families apartments. They need to meet very strict cost objectives. And when others do simple forms and structure, the architects here have managed to add beauty, colors and a balcony for each apartment. Building for less should never be building ugly. Well done.
